GUNSA presents
technological solutions for the hot dip galvanizing of both hot rolled
and cold rolled strip. Our galvanizing lines offer economical
operation, flexible production, and low maintenance requirements in
addition to their high output.
We provide the entry and exit terminal equipment, strip accumulators
(vertical and horizontal), pre-cleaning sections (alkali and acid),
galvanizing bath, coating, cooling, shape and surface conditioning, and
chemical treatments. Air-knives control accurately the thickness of
coating. After skin pass mill and tension leveling, the strip is
recoiled. |
